    1. Soak 200gm dry Kokum in 4 cup water for 1-2 hour.
    2. After that, mash them and then strain them nicely.
    3. Now take the Kokum and put it in a pan. Put 100g sugar, 1-spoon roasted cumin powder, 1-spoon cardamom powder, black salt and regular salt according to your taste.
    4. Add clean water to the pan and let it boil.
    5. After 5-min, remove the pan from the heat and let it cool down. Strain the mixture and store it in a glass bottle.

    To make sharbat, take the mixture from the bottle into a glass, add a glass of water and your Kokum Sharbat is ready.
